    The Original Mozzarella
    A Soft, Fresh, Cultured Cheese, Artisanal, Farmstead cheese made with Pasteurized Whole Water Buffalo Milk, cultures, enzymes, salt. Milk from locally raised, pasture fed Water Buffalo on our farm in North Carolina.

    A rich, soft, creamy cheese with fuller flavor than cow’s milk versions, it has an extremely thin rind and delicate, mildly tangy taste. Mozzarella di Bufala has a porcelain white color and slightly stringy texture.
    Fresh Mozzarella di Bufala should always be warmed before eating to bring out the fullest flavor and perfect textures of the cheese.

    Buffalo milk is a natural A2A2 casein product which is better tolerated by those who cannot digest cow’s milk.
